I take a lot of photographs and short videos of the spaces I occupy and the things I get up to on my own or with friends and family. I started to make a few videos from these images, and even tried my hand at a documentary once, but the truth is my cat Cecil is a better videographer than I am. Still, as you've probably noticed the photograph has always inspired my work, and recently i've begun using my own images to create series of paintings in both the development of the Reflections and Passing Through works. Who knows where all this collected material may lead me.
